Another of Tony’s melanges. He roasts Kenya AA to a city roast and Colombia to a full city roast and then mixes them. This coffee has good body, bittersweet flavors, nice acidity, with no carbon tastes. Oh so delicious! It’s the house brew here at The Soundry.
