Artists from Texas to New York contributed incredible images to this art show highlighting new movements in Alternative Process Photography. Alternative process includes (but is in no way limited to) cyanotype, monotype, Holga and Diana images, darkroom prints, scanograms, pinhole images, and various emulsion techniques. All of these techniques were employed in the images presented in “Obscura”, and collectively created a show that was not only visually compelling and challenging, but represented outstanding artistry, skill, and execution.
